Every Go Yard mitt is covered by our 60-Day Guarantee from the day it hits your doorstep. If your mitt rips, tears, or falls apart under normal use, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered:

• Structural failure (straps snapping, plastic cracking)
• Broken seams or stitching unravelling
• Tears in fabric/padding not caused by surface abrasion

What’s Not Covered:

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scuffs, fading, dirt stains, or abrasion from sliding)
• Damage from misuse or washing machine abuse (Hand wash only, folks!)
• Lost or stolen mitts

How to Make a Claim: Send an email to warranty@goyardathletics.com with:

1. Your order number
2. Clear pictures of the issue
3. A quick note on how it happened

We’ll review your claim and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

If Your Claim Is Approved: We’ll hook you up with a free replacement (shipped on our dime) or store credit for the full value of the mitt.

This guarantee covers the original purchaser only and applies to products used as intended. Go Yard isn’t responsible for indirect damages, delays, or wear caused by things outside of regular game use. We reserve the right to decline claims that don’t meet the above terms.
